On My WishList (#9)

On My Wishlist is a fun weekly event hosted by Book Chick City and runs every Saturday. It's where I list all the books I desperately want but haven't actually bought yet. They can be old, new or forthcoming. It's also an event that you can join in with too - Mr Linky is always at the ready for you to link your own 'On My Wishlist' post. If you want to know more click here.

On my Wishlist this week is not books but to show respect of what recently happened in Norway. Yesterday we (Norway) had a shocking and terrible day. A bomb went off in Oslo which killed 8 people. A few ours later, at a place called Utøya, at a summer camp for youths attending of the ruling Labour Party on an island. A man dressed as a policeman showed up there and shot and killed at least 69 people (the victims were youths). Many are hurt after the shooting as well. After this tragedies, there's a 32 year old Norwegian guy who is supposed to be behind the bomb attacks in Oslo and the shooting massacre. It's hard for the whole nation to believe that all this has happened in our peaceful country. But I guess terror, all sorts of terror can happen anywhere.

So ... on my wishlist this week is that every one of you spend a moment of silent, lit a candle or anything to show respect to the people who lost their lives in these tragedies and to the families who has lost family member(s) in this dark day of Norway.

I still can't believe that this has happened.
